Please join us at the following weekly classes held at Ganden Centre, 5 North Bridge (see map)


Centre opens 30 minutes before classes and events.

Monday evenings 
Teaching, guided meditation and discussion.
Mondays 7.00pm – 8:45 pm

Tuesday evenings in Calderdale Royal
Held in the Learning and Development Centre, near Accident and Emergency (see map)
Teaching, guided meditation and discussion.
Tuesdays 5.45pm – 7.00pm

Wednesday evenings 
Teaching, guided meditation and discussion.
Wednesdays 7.30pm – 9.15 pm

Lunchtime Wednesdays & Fridays
Wednesdays/Fridays 12.30pm – 1pm

Guided meditation to relax and unwind.

Friday evenings 
Foundation Programme, an in-depth study of the Buddhist path to inner freedom and true happiness.
Fridays 7.00pm – 9.00 pm
Teacher: Buddhist monk Gen Togden

Teaching, guided meditation and discussion.
Saturdays 11am – 12.45 pm
Teacher: Gen Togden and Kelsang Chogma

Meditation is a method to relax the mind, develop a sense of well-being and gain a more positive outlook on life. Our meditation classes are for everyone. They consist of guided meditations, a teaching and time for discussion. Join us at anytime!
