Living with stress can make life a daily battle. Stress can make you feel irritable and annoyed, anxious and depressed. It can also lead to insomnia, problems at work and cause disharmony in our relationships.

On this short course we will look at some of the causes of stress; what is stress? and provide techniques (through meditation) to reduce our stress and being a little bit of peace back into our lives.
